Exchange of driving licences issued in Taiwan, the United Arab Emirates, Ukraine and the Republic of North Macedonia

This consultation seeks your views on allowing drivers who hold a licence to drive cars and light motorcycles issued originally in Taiwan, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Ukraine and the Republic of North Macedonia, to exchange it for a British equivalent, if the driver becomes resident in Great Britain.
